This programme develops the essential project management skills and knowledge to support project delivery across a wide range of industries. You’ll learn how to plan, organise, lead teams, manage risks, and communicate effectively to ensure projects meet their goals on time and within budget.

Qualification & Accreditation
You’ll earn the Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship qualification.
You may also complete Level 2 Maths & English Functional Skills, if required.
Upon starting, apprentices can register as Student Members of the Association for Project Management (APM), progressing to Associate Membership upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. Full APM membership is achievable through further experience and professional development.

- Monthly coaching sessions led by project management experts
- 6 hours per week of off-the-job training
- Interactive workshops and real-world case studies
- Continuous 1:1 mentoring and support
- Online learning, reflection, and progress tracking via our platform
- Hands-on, on-the-job application of project management techniques
- Final End Point Assessment (EPA) to demonstrate your capability

To be eligible, you must:
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have lived in the UK or EEA for the past 3 years
- Be in a role where you can apply your learning (we can help you find one)
- Not already hold a qualification in the same subject
- Not be studying another government-funded qualification
Your training is fully funded, and you’ll earn a salary while gaining real experience in a full-time role.
